Sinon je partage tout à fait, mais a part éteindre mon plafonnier je risque de ne pas faire grand chose dans ce sens. Couper l'ipod pour economiser quelques seconde d'une charge future ? Il parait que les consomations éléctriques des foyers ces dernières années a énormement augmenté à cause des chargeurs de portables.
Ma contribution quotidienne : je suis le seul de mon openspace à eteindre mon hallogène durant mon heure de pause midi.

Sauf que si on prend en compte le fait qu'une brusque baisse de la conso peut entraîner une panne générale, et que la reprise de la conso lorsqu'on rallumera tout sera supportée par les usines THERMIQUES, donc plus polluantes, le bilan de l'opération risque d'être assez mitigé.
D'un autre côté, ça serait aussi un excellent moyen d'attirer l'attention sur le sujet...
Bref, j'aurais le doigt sur l'interrupteur à 19h55.
Et à 20h, je rallumerai la télé pour y voir le petit Nicolas, évidemment :oD
Tout est une économie. Un appareil électrique branché même éteint consomme, mais aussi la tv en veille... donc commençons tous par ça.
Pour ce qui est de leur connerie de tout stopper durant 5 minutes, faut surtout pas participer, la consommation est encore plus énorme lorsque tous rallumeront en même temps.
Les infos sont contradictoires, surconsommation au rallumage, résultats mitigés, ça va être un grand bordel et il n'y aura peut-être pas de résultat précis sur les bénéfices de l'opération. Le but de tout ça est de tester l'implication des gens au sujet de l'environnement. Susciter une Prise de conscience des politiques. Je crois que l'interet est là.
oui, j'ai aussi vu que ça risquait de foutre le merdier dans les centrales électriques ! du coup je suis assez motivé pour apporter ma petite contribution à cette opération totalement démago et totalement inutile.
Selon des experts en énergie, dont Jean-Marc Jancovici, consultant à EDF et membre du comité de veille écologique de la Fondation Nicolas Hulot, l’extinction des feux pendant 5 minutes aura des effets inverses à ceux recherchés.
Pour une raison très simple à comprendre : éteindre d’un seul coup toutes les lumières de France ferait varier la consommation sur le réseau de 10% à 20% de manière instantannée. Or pour éviter que le réseau ne saute, EDF sera obligée de lancer ses centrales à charbon, à fioul et à gaz à fond la caisse un peu avant l’extinction, car ces centrales sont les seules permettant de réguler le réseau avec de telles variations de consommation en si peu de temps. Cela aboutira donc à augmenter les émissions...
Autre précision : en France, l'électricité est en grande partie d'origine nucléaire. Or, cette technologie émet très peu de gaz à effet de serre et n'est pas directement à l'origine du réchauffement.
Ceci dit, je suis ok avec l'aspect "prise de conscience, affichage, etc." J'éteindrai donc entre 19h55 et 19h57 et 30 sec. :-)
Rien de bien folichon mon Gary. De 19h55 à 20h00, les français étaient invités à éteindre toutes leurs lumières. Acte symbolique pour l'environnement. Acte fort pour montrer que le français est impliqué et qu'il n'hésitera pas à taper sur les doigts des dirigeants s'ils ne font rien contre ça. En attendant, à 19h58, tout était allumé dans mon quartier. Place d'Italie aussi. Et le spot géant au sommet de la tour Eiffel qui balaye Paris... balayait toujours Paris.
